A Small-Group Live Workshop on Zoom

Reclaim Your Best Hours

Most professionals spend hours every week on tasks that do not require their unique expertise. This workshop hands that work to Claude and teaches you to build with it, so you reclaim your hours and leave able to create more of what you imagine, on your own.

See How It Works
What Becomes Possible

The work you used to hire out, you can do yourself now.

Getting your message out online. Launching something new. Building a small tool that takes a repetitive job off your plate. Rolling out a new process. Work like this used to require more time than you have, or the need to hire someone, both of which can feel like barriers to getting started. With Claude, the distance between an idea spark and a working version of it becomes unbelievably short. A primary goal of this workshop is that you leave feeling inspired and empowered to create more of what you need on your own, and then recognize the next opportunity when it shows up.

What You Leave With

You leave with a working setup you built yourself, and the confidence to keep building.

Over four live sessions, you set Claude up to sound like you, install skills that increase your efficiency, build a tool that handles your own recurring work, and put at least one task on a schedule so it runs without you. More than the setup, you leave knowing how to build the next one.

A Claude that sounds like you

Configured with your voice, your business, and the things you would never say in a client email, so the output needs light editing, not a full rewrite.

A custom Skill built around your own work

Not a demo. A reusable tool you built for a task you used to repeat, plus a starter library of ready-made Skills you have adapted and run.

At least one task running automatically

Work that arrives finished, on a cadence, without you starting it each time. One recurring task, now running on its own schedule.

An eye for what comes next

You leave able to spot the next thing worth handing to Claude, and clearer about the work that only you can do.

The Four Sessions

Each session builds on the last

The work you do during and between sessions is what makes the next one productive, so the workshop is paced to give you room to practice, not to rush you through features.

01

Properly Introduced

Before Claude can work for you, it needs to know you. You arrive having already drafted your context files using Your Claude Context Kit, and in this session we load and refine them together. By the end, Claude already knows how you think, write, and work.

  • Load and refine your global instructions, the standing rules Claude follows in every conversation.
  • Set up the folder structure that lives outside Claude, the filing cabinet it reads from and writes to.
  • Walk through the settings and privacy choices that protect your work and your clients.
  • Refine your about-me and brand-voice context files.
02

Delegated

You stop being the one who does the recurring work and start being the one who approves it. We connect Claude to the tools where your work already lives, and you load and run your first Skill live, so you get a feel for how Skills work before you build your own.

  • Set up Projects, dedicated workspaces for your clients and initiatives.
  • Understand and enable appropriate Connectors based on the apps you use (Gmail, Google Drive, Asana, and more).
  • Load and run pre-built Skills from a starter library and see exactly how they work (examples: Landing Page Generator, Email Triage, Slide Deck Builder, SOP Documentation, Contract Review, Expense Tracking, etc.).
03

Build Your Own

This is the heart of the workshop. You come with an idea for a Skill that handles your own recurring work, we build one together as a worked example, and then you have dedicated time to build yours with live help when you get stuck.

  • Watch a custom Skill built start to finish, then build your own alongside it.
  • Get your questions answered live while you build, not after.
  • Set up one Scheduled Task so a piece of your work runs on its own.
04

Wide Open

We open with live troubleshooting on the Skills you built, then move to producing finished work. You will see how Claude turns drafts into deliverables you can send, publish, or hand off in a professional design, or using your brand kit if applicable.

  • Bring your Skill questions. This is where we get you unstuck.
  • Build an Artifact together, a document or plan ready to download and share.
  • See Live Artifacts and Claude Design in action, and leave with a map of where to take this next.
Who This Is For

Four hands-on working sessions, not lectures.

Built for professionals and small business owners who have used Claude or ChatGPT in a basic, back-and-forth way and want to understand what Claude can actually do for their business. You do not need to be technical. You need to be willing to do the pre-work and the practice between sessions, because doing the work yourself is where the mindset shift occurs.

This is for you if

You have used AI in a simple, back-and-forth way and sense there is far more there.

You are not technical, and you want a setup you understand and can keep building on.

You show up ready to build. The people who get the most from this are the ones who do the work.

Probably not the right fit if

You are a developer or already build with AI tools at a technical level. You will likely find the pace too gentle.

You are looking for a done-for-you setup or an enterprise rollout. This workshop teaches you to build it yourself. Reach out about 1:1 consulting if you want solutions built for you.

Who's Leading This

Hi, I'm Julie Henderson.

I spent most of my 25-plus year career in and around technology (more about my background on LinkedIn), but the truth is, I have never been technical. I am a few iPhone versions behind, fairly sure my oven does not need Wi-Fi, and only recently willing to admit I have no idea how the internet actually works. What I do love is making things work better, and watching someone exhale when a new tool or system makes their life easier in some way.

When I got my hands on Claude Cowork in March 2026, my view on technology changed forever. I had been impressed a few years earlier when my team started using ChatGPT to research and improve some of our processes. But working in Claude Cowork was different. Things that used to take days or weeks, or a development team, were suddenly within reach. It changed how I thought about my work in nearly every way, and gave me the feeling that I could build almost anything. It also gave me clarity on how important it is to keep our humanity in the process, and to remember the value of what only a person can bring: the idea, the spark, and the judgment to tell what is genuinely good from what is just dressed up to look that way.

Working with AI at this next level asks for a shift in how you think more than any technical skill. The more you use it, the clearer you get on the work only you can do, and the easier it becomes to hand off the rest. If you carry any quiet worry about being left behind, or about not being technical enough to grasp this expanded use of AI, I understand it. I promise you, the learning curve is far gentler than it looks from the outside. You get past it by starting.

What has made me effective in my career is understanding how people actually work, and showing them in plain language how something new fits into their day without getting in the way. That is what I do here. This first workshop is capped at eight people, so there is plenty of room for live interaction, inspiration, and supporting one another. I am looking forward to what we discover together, and to how we begin seeing more opportunities than barriers.

Before the Workshop

Your Claude Context Kit

When you sign up, you receive Your Claude Context Kit, a focused set of questions that you complete prior to Session 1 about your business and how you work. We turn these into your starting context files: your global instructions, your about-me, and your brand-voice during the first session.

The setup is the strategy. Good setup produces good output.

With a couple prompts during Session 1, you'll have first drafts already in hand, which is what lets us spend our live time refining instead of starting from a blank screen.

The Details

Four live sessions on Zoom

Schedule

How It Runs

  • Eight people maximum. Small enough that you get real time and real answers.
  • Every session is recorded. Recordings go to everyone, so you can catch a session you miss or revisit one you attended.
  • A second screen helps. Watch along on one while you work on the other. Not required, just easier.
  • Q&A support in between sessions.

What You Need

This workshop requires Claude Pro, which is $20 a month, billed by Anthropic and not included in the workshop fee. The desktop app is what unlocks Cowork and local file access, the features we work in throughout. The pre-work checklist covers both.

This is introductory pricing for the first cohort. Future workshops will be priced higher, so this is the moment to join if it is calling to you.

After the Workshop

A foundation you keep building on

This workshop gives you the foundation: a Claude that knows you and a setup you can keep building on. For people who want that foundation built around them in depth, with a full personal synthesis and one-on-one build sessions, there is a private program. We can talk about it if and when you are ready. There is no pressure to go further. What you build in these four sessions stands on its own.

The setup you build is a foundation you keep adding to, a working relationship with Claude rather than a one-time tool.
